Service summary

We have been providing car park management services to Twickenham Stadium since 2004. Our service provision has evolved over time and, as well as managing the RFU and Harlequins car parks, now also includes managing the arrival and departure of all visitors between the stadium and local transport nodes, including the pedestrian route from Twickenham station to the A316, using crowd safety and road closure stewards, plus CSAS-accredited operatives.

We ensure crowd control and traffic operations work in unison, balancing the needs and flows of thoroughfare and venue traffic using conflicting road network routes, maximising the car park spaces available at the Stadium’s ground, whilst also managing pedestrians within the Twickenham footprint to ensure the safety of visitors to this iconic venue.

We also manage non event day parking enforcement for the Twickenham Stadium car parks on behalf of the RFU.
