In 2004, we achieved Investors in People accreditation which has been regularly reviewed and retained, currently until 2023. The accreditation was awarded for the communication and commitment shown within our team and for our dedication to the development of our people as individuals.
We are one of few companies in the UK to be accredited by the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC), to perform duties that include the use of police powers to control the safety of people and vehicle conflicts on live public roads.
We hold SIA Approved Contractor Scheme status for the provision of Door Supervisor, Security Guarding and Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) services. The ACS standard encompasses all aspects of a security provider’s operation. It takes a holistic view of how well an organisation is managed. An approved organisation must demonstrate to an independent assessor, on an annual basis, that it has met defined standards.

ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely recognised quality management standard. The accreditation outlines ways to achieve, as well as benchmark, consistent performance and service. We have successfully transitioned to the 2015 standard.

The United Kingdom Crowd Management Association (UKCMA) was formed in 2001 to represent the interests of key commercial organisations whose primary business is providing crowd management and event security services. The organisation meets three times a year and provides a forum for all members to address the emerging challenges facing the industry.
The BPA works hard to bring about collaboration between stakeholders, members and government to support local communities and improve compliance with regulations amongst those managing and using parking facilities.
In 2019, we were accredited as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This will allow us to take accountability for our own training rather than relying on external providers and extend our training programme into other accreditations, as well as the ability to apply for funding, where available.
'In 2023 CSP successfully gained the prestigious CABWI Centre endorsement to deliver the demanding Signing, Guarding and Lighting qualification. CABWI are a nationally recognised awarding body established in 1991 and are one of the leading awarding organisations for the Street Works and Street Works Reassessment scheme.
