CSP have provided traffic management services to The Boat Race since 2016 and remains one of the most iconic events on the CSP Calendar. With both Oxford and Cambridge, with both crews competing for The Aberdeen ‘Quaich’ in the Men’s race and The Newton Trophy in the Women’s race.

We provide a full team including Operations Managers, Control Room staff, Supervisors, Chapter 8 (SLG) and NHSS Chapter 12D, CSAS and Traffic Marshals to manage the Road Closures required to ensure that spectators can enjoy the race safely. Our scope includes Thames Bank, the Embankment, Putney Bridge, Chiswick Bridge, Lower Richmond Road and even a spotter on Barnes Bridge.
