 'The Difference is You' is a programme designed to reflect the ever changing needs of our industry, clients and customers. The expectations and demands on CSP continue to grow at a rapid pace, with the bar constantly being raised in terms of operational excellence, client relationship management and customer experience. It is essential we develop our leaders with the right skills and behaviours to equip them to tackle the demands we face daily.

The 9 month programme balances behavioural development, technical skills and operational best practice delivered through 9 modules.

The programme has been introduced to both our permanent operational team and our new frontline supervisory team so congratulations to David Ratcliffe, Adem Altindal, Andrew Zawila, Kelvin McDonald, Mervin Martin, Kasey Smith and Mohammed Latif for joining this programme.
