Service summary
We have operated at IWM Duxford since 2004 providing internal and external traffic management for their major air displays and major defence exhibitions, parking up to 7,000 vehicles a day.
External positions are staffed using our Chapter 8 (SLG), 12D trained staff, CSAS-accredited operatives and onsite SIA security staff.

We have been delivering car park management services to Birmingham City FC since 2008, supporting the main car park controls for directors and corporate guests, as well as a number of additional car park sites and coach parking.
Chelsea FC
We have been the external traffic management provider at Chelsea FC since 2006, managing road closures with Chapter 8 trained marshals, as well as dynamically managing traffic at congested junctions with CSAS-accredited operatives.
Epsom Downs Racecourse
We have operated at Epsom Downs Racecourse since 1996 and our service provision has evolved considerably since then.
ExCeL London
CSP's initial involvement at ExCeL London was at opening at the turn of the century, where CSP were instrumental in the design implementation of the traffic management plan, which CSP managed until ExCeL London's strategy was take the operation in-house.
Guards Polo Club
We have operated at Guards Polo Club since 2007, providing internal traffic management, cash and audit services for up to 7,000 vehicles a day, management of shuttle buses, and crowd control at the presentation ceremonies.
Harlequin FC
We have been managing the car parks and access roads to The Stoop since 2016, as well as providing additional Harlequin match day parking in the RFU Rosebine car parks.
IMG
We provide services to IMG Golf at The Ricoh British Women's Open, The Alfred Dunhill Links Championship and the Solheim Cup including internal traffic management, car parking, plus cash and audit management.
Kempton Park Racecourse
We have operated at Kempton Park Racecourse since 1996 and the venue became our first combined services model in 2006 when it re-opened as an all-weather track, with the provision of all soft services throughout the year.
Liverpool FC
We successfully tendered for the Liverpool FC traffic management and car parking services in 2023, and this has led to a dedicated hub in Liverpool to support the delivery of these services and to act as a base to widen our portfolio in the North.
London Stadium
We provide London Stadium with match and event day external traffic management, including Chapter 12D and CSAS-accredited operatives, as well as supplying stewarding and SIA services inside the stadium for the East Stand, together with operational management of the HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) system.
Luton Town FC
In 2021, we were approached by Luton Town FC's Safety Officer to provide traffic management services for match days.
Marylebone Cricket Club
We were appointed to provide external traffic management services and HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) systems to Marylebone Cricket Club at Lords Cricket Ground from the 2020 season.
Newbury Racecourse
We have operated at Newbury Racecourse since 2005, supplying internal and external traffic management, Horse Crossing control, plus cash and audit services for up to 10,000 vehicles.
Newmarket Racecourses
We have operated at Newmarket Racecourses since 2002, providing internal and external traffic management, including CSAS-accredited operatives; temporary traffic lights; Horse Crossing control; plus cash and audit services for up to 8,000 vehicles for both racing events and concerts.
Olympia London
We have operated at Olympia London since 2019, following a competitive tender process. We manage the venue's exhibition traffic, involving the implementation of external traffic management schemes to support the build and break down periods, in addition to providing traffic marshals, Chapter 8 (SLG), Chapter 12D and CSAS-accredited operatives, as well as supervisory and management support.
PGA European Tour
We have provided car parking and traffic management services to the PGA European Tour since 2007, both nationally and internationally, including the ROI and France, where we have supported delivery of the Open de France since 2017.
Reading FC
We commenced supplying car parking and traffic management services to Reading FC in 2018, absorbing their existing team into our own to provide a more tailored and specialised approach.
RHS Hampton Court Garden Festival
Although CSP have been providing services to Hampton Court for a number of years, a term appointment was made in 2023 by the RHS for CSP to provide external traffic management services to support arrivals and departures from the event and ensure that local traffic could continue to flow during busy periods.
Royal Windsor Racecourse
We have operated at Royal Windsor Racecourse since 2004, providing internal and external traffic management, plus cash and audit services for up to 5,000 vehicles a day.
Sandown Park Racecourse
We have operated at Sandown Park Racecourse since 1996, providing internal and external traffic management, cash & audit services for up to 6,000 vehicles a day, valet parking, CSAS-accredited operatives, plus stewarding and security including SIA accredited roles. In addition, we manage all soft services at Sandown Park Racecourse throughout the year.
The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC)
We provide traffic management and, since 2019, security services—including qualified marshals, SIA staff, and HVM systems—to AELTC during The Championships.
The Boat Race
We have been providing services to The Boat Race since 2016.
The O2 arena
After being approached by AEG in 2005 to consult on the design and procurement of the most appropriate parking management system for The O2 site, we were awarded the contract for commercial management and operation of the on-site car parks in 2006.
The R&A Open Championship
We have been providing car parking and traffic management services to The Royal & Ancient since 2013 at the various golf venues awarded the hosting of The Open Championship.
Tottenham Hotspur FC
We started providing services to Tottenham Hotspur FC in 2006, managing their car park adjacent to the old Stadium and even continued to do so when they played at Wembley National Stadium providing valet parking services to the first team on match days.
Twickenham Stadium
We have been providing car park management services to Twickenham Stadium since 2004. Our service provision has evolved over time and, as well as managing the RFU and Harlequins car parks, now also includes managing the arrival and departure of all visitors between the stadium and local transport nodes, including the pedestrian route from Twickenham station to the A316, using crowd safety and road closure stewards, plus CSAS-accredited operatives.

Watford FC
We have operated at Watford FC since 2017, providing external traffic management, including the road closure of Vicarage Road. In addition, we manage the club's internal and external car parks, including the Directors' Entrance access and parking.
Westonbirt, The National Arboretum
CSP has been providing car parking and traffic management services to The Forestry Commission at Westonbirt Arboretum since 2013 including car park marshals, Chapter 8 accredited marshals and CSAS operatives, as well as providing ticketing access control staff to support events.
