COP26 Glasgow 2021
We were appointed to recruit and deliver managers, supervisors and traffic marshalling team over a 23-day period, to manage the build, event days and breakdown of six transport hubs, a major vehicle search site, and 13 vehicle permit check points that facilitated the 24-hour movement of protected world leaders, operational vehicles and deliveries, operating a Vehicle Access Parking Permit (VAPP) system.
G7 Summit
We were contracted by Stadium Management Ltd to provide traffic management services for The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office events. This included the development and operational delivery of the Traffic Management Plan (TMP) for the G7 Leaders’ Summit in Cornwall.
Hampton Court Palace Flower Show
We have been providing external traffic management at the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show since 2009.
Jockey Club Racecourses (London)
A regionalisation exercise saw the London racecourses of Kempton Park, Sandown Park and Epsom Downs Racecourses share its management team and resources. We created a workgroup with JCR to design a unique partnership for this region that would benefit both organisations and deliver the key objectives for the future.
London 2012 Road Cycle Races
To help manage the London 2012 Olympic Road Cycle Races, we provided 300 fully trained stewards with a combination of traffic management and crowd safety skills, to operate simultaneously across an extensive and busy geographical area. Through careful planning and logistical management, our professional team courteously controlled widespread traffic and spectators safely and successfully throughout the events. The Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting London 2018
The Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2018 spanned five days and evenings, covering 13 different venues. We were proud to be appointed to provide project management, traffic management, CSAS-accredited operatives and vehicle check point staff on a 24-hour basis, as well as parking and check point staff for associated one-off events at some of the UK’s most iconic and historic venues, including Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and The Guildhall.
The Ryder Cup 2018, Paris
Our involvement in 2018 commenced 18 months prior to the event, as an integral part of the project planning team, working with all stakeholders to develop the transport plan, which was continually developed throughout the planning phase.
Twickenham Stadium
We play a vital role in the safe arrival and departure of visitors to the stadium for every major event, providing a significant contribution to pre-event planning and operational refinement.
UEFA Champions League 2017
For the 2017 Final between Juventus and Real Madrid in Cardiff, we were contracted to provide the parking operation facilitating the partner program – an important element of the UEFA Champions League brand.
Workspace
In 2015, Workspace reviewed the parking arrangements at their sites, particularly those around transport or commercial hubs where parking was at a premium, and found spaces designed for tenants were being used by unauthorised parking.
