We specialise in providing services to venues and static sites including Car Parking, Internal and External Traffic Management, HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) solutions, Security, Stewarding, Cash & Audit and Consultancy services. Whilst our range of services has grown, Car Parking/Traffic Management, HVM, and Security/Stewarding represent our core areas of expertise.
We set out on our first event contract in 1994. Since those early days we’ve added numerous prestigious clients to our portfolio and now provide a range of services to some of the UK’s most memorable sporting and entertainment events and venues.

With our wealth of knowledge and experience of the event industry, we fully understand the complexities of major events and greenfield site operations, where an irregular event calendar, numerous ingress and egress patterns, varying staffing levels and continued innovation all add to the challenge. We also understand the management and maximising of commercial opportunities at static parking sites.
We pride ourselves on being able to adapt to the varying demands placed at each of our venues and ensuring that the same high quality service is delivered for all, whether attended by 100,000 or 100 visitors. Big enough to do the job, small enough to care!!

Our Board
Ola joined CSP in September 2023 as the Managing Partner after 20 years of experience in professional services covering Corporate & Investment Banking, Private Equity and Technology industries. His expertise covers business and financial management, Mergers & Acquisitions, leadership development, change management and business transformation. He works with SME companies to drive growth through a strong focus on process and technology innovation, sustainable scale–up, strategic value creation, and operational efficiency. He holds a politics degree from the University of Leicester and an MBA from IESE Business School, Spain.
Darren has been involved in the Event Management industry since 2010, working on some of the largest and most complex operations in the country.
His journey started with us as an Operations Manager, before being promoted to Contracts Manager in 2011. With a family relocation to the Midlands, Darren joined SEP Events in 2013 as a Regional Manager based at Silverstone Circuit before returning to CSP in 2018 as a Senior Head of Operations. Promoted to become our Chief Operating Officer, he is now part of the Senior Leadership team responsible for our regional growth, including client management, operational planning and mobilisation of various large scale event operations, which often include the design and provision of temporary Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM).
Working alongside various Stakeholders, Darren has designed and delivered Zone Ex operations to AELTC (Wimbledon Championships), Arsenal FC, Twickenham Stadium, Surrey County Council, Newmarket Racecourse, Royal Ascot, Olympia London, Hampton Court Flower Show and mobilised the CSP Liverpool FC Contract. He also provided project management and operational services to large scale special events such as the 2012 London Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games in 2022 and Co-op Live in Manchester. More recently, Darren has been CSP’s Client consultant for the Amgen Irish Open in Kildare.
Kanta joined CSP as Finance Manager in 2005, whilst completing her ACCA qualifications, having previously worked for one of our clients, Wembley (London) Limited.
Kanta progressed to Finance Director in 2011, gaining major recognition for the accuracy of her reconciliations for our services at The London 2012 Olympics and Paralympic Games. Kanta is highly motivated and result-driven CFO with over 18 years of senior financial leadership experience. A proven track record in optimising finance functions, supporting business growth, and contributing as a key Board member since 2010. As an ACCA qualified professional, she brings not only a strong foundation in financial expertise but also a hands-on leadership style that has consistently translated into building and developing high-performing teams. Kanta is also responsible for CSP’s I department and Data Protection, implementing numerous systems, processes and procedures to ensure the organisation is financially compliant.
Dave has worked within the event parking industry for over 45 years, forming CSP in 1994 when the opportunity arose to secure the parking Contract at the Wembley Stadium Complex. Since then, Dave has won, mobilised and project managed operations such as Euro 96 and The Champions League Final (2011 & 2013) at Wembley Stadium, AEG Europe Fenerbahce Stadium (Turkey, 2011-2012), The Ryder Cup (2010-2023), and led Traffic Management operations across a number of sites for the London 2012 Olympic Games. A recent contract win and mobilisation was delivered at Aintree Grand National in April 2026. Dave’s relationship with the DP World Tour (formally European Tour) commenced in 2006 when CSP supported with the World Match Play Tournament at Wentworth, and has continued to consult and lend his operational experience to many of the European Tour Tournaments over nearly 20 years. Dave continually strives to take CSP to new levels with his market foresight and unparalleled industry knowledge and provides Consultancy services to new and current clients based on his expertise. His exceptional customer service ethos and engagement with staff, stakeholders and clients alike, is the bedrock of the Company’s success and growth and is always at the heart of his business acumen. He is equally as likely to be found in full high-viz attire mentoring his team on the ground and directing traffic, as he is in the Board room. Dave is First Aid, BSC Health and Safety Level 1 & 2, NRSWA (Signing, Guarding and Lighting), NHSS 12D (M7), and CSAS accredited.

Rachael is an experienced HR and people leader with a strong track record across HR strategy, employee relations, training, organisational development and operational people management. As Head of HR and Training at CSP Ltd., Rachael leads the HR function and oversees the accredited CSP Training, delivering people initiatives that support business performance, employee engagement and long-term capability.
Rachael is known for providing trusted, commercially focused HR advice to leaders and managers, with expertise spanning employee relations, TUPE, structural change, performance, conduct, recruitment, onboarding, policy development and employment law compliance. She has led cultural transformation activity, supported succession planning, strengthened recruitment practices and developed employee and management training programmes aligned to organisational needs.
Her career includes HR leadership and advisory roles with CSP Ltd., Wenzel’s the Bakers, Amazon Logistics and Ocado, alongside commercial partnership management experience at Loans Warehouse. This breadth of experience gives Rachael a practical understanding of both people strategy and business operations, enabling her to build trusted relationships, improve processes and deliver pragmatic solutions.
Passionate about creating positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace cultures, Rachael focuses on empowering managers, supporting employee wellbeing and developing people capability. She brings a professional, collaborative and values-led approach to helping organisations engage, retain and develop their teams.
Humayun has been part of our team since 2014, originally joining as maternity cover within the team. Over the past decade, he has risen through the ranks to become Head of Talent & Resourcing, a role he now holds with distinction.
Humayun brings a robust academic foundation to his work, holding a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, alongside a degree in Business Management. His expertise has been instrumental in managing Recruitment and Resourcing for high-profile events such as the Wimbledon Championships, the King’s Coronation, and major tournaments on the golf calendar, including The Open.
Over the last 4 years, Humayun has successfully supported significant Recruitment and Resourcing Campaigns for some of our largest and most challenging special events. In June 2021, we were awarded the Traffic Management contract for the G7 Summit held in Cornwall. The event spanned a 4-week period and required the recruitment, onboarding, and training of 200 workers, the majority recruited from within the local communities of the event. It was a significantly demanding event, with multiple venues operating 24 hours a day and a specific requirement for all workers to pass a robust Police vetting and screening process.
In 2022, Humayun played a key role in the delivery of the CSP Commonwealth Games Contract – the largest special event since the 2012 London Olympics, whereby over 400 local staff were recruited, onboarded, and successfully deployed across 7 venues in the Midlands operating 24 hours day. In addition to the local recruitment, specialist Traffic teams were also allocated from the core Business and allocated for the 5-week period. What made the delivery of staffing this event impressive was that the Commonwealth Games occurred on the backdrop of the busiest peak event window in our history, in terms of total staff volume and geographical mix.
With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in talent acquisition and Event Resourcing, Humayun continues to play a vital role in CSP’s success.
Before joining CSP, Jhon spent 12 years with Singapore’s Ministry of Defence as a Senior Military Expert, where he led major digitalisation initiatives and managed strategic national resources for the Singapore Armed Forces, including during national emergencies. His expertise in optimisation was instrumental in developing the initial tools used by the Singapore Multi-Ministry Task Force during the COVID-19 response. After transitioning to the private sector, Jhon led the training and technical team at A2K Group, a Philippines-based corporation, for two years. There, he designed, developed, and implemented systems for various clients—including e-commerce, inventory, fleet management, and disaster relief coordination – demonstrating his ability to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions. At CSP, Jhon is spearheading digitalisation efforts and exploring new technologies to ensure CSP evolves into a tech-enabled organisation that better serves its people and clients. His diverse background enables him to design solutions grounded in real-world challenges, resulting in successful deployments and high adoption rates across sectors.
Senior management team
Jiten studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Hertfordshire, graduating in 2012. Jiten joined us during the London 2012 Olympics, providing invaluable support to the payroll department at a time when it was coping with a rapidly increasing volume. A quick learner, Jiten’s value was recognised at a busy time and he was offered a permanent role as an Accounts Assistant. Over the years, Jiten continued to work hard and develop his skills, as well as undertake his ACCA accountancy qualification and progressed to responsibility for the production of our management accounts and was promoted to Head of Finance. Jiten’s role involves overseeing a team of 4 who look after accounts payable, accounts receivable and commercial parking. Jiten still produces the management accounts as well as budgets, and assists with the statutory financial accounts. In his spare time, Jiten volunteers at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Neasden temple.
Jazz started her career in the retail industry, joining the Club Wembley team at Wembley Stadium in 2013 as Marketing Co-ordinator, supporting the CRM and marketing initiatives for the £65m pa membership scheme. She then took the role of Club Wembley Operations Manager, initially overseeing the Club Wembley concourse (over 1km) in terms of catering, customer service and entertainment before moving to the Private Boxes (a programme worth over 20 million per annum). Jazz joined CSP in 2016 as Operations Co-ordinator and was promoted in 2022 to Head of Operations Support. Jazz leads on business tenders and operational planning as well as all new business enquiries.
An Events and Safety Management specialist with a 25-year career in events, Richard has gained extensive experience in client-side event safety operations at UK Racecourses, sports venues and large-scale multi-games organising committees in the UK, Canada and Australia. NVQ level 4 qualified, he has extensive Event Safety Officer experience.
Richard works consistently to achieve results with a ‘can do’ attitude in order to find the right solution for our Business and the client’s best interests. Richard leads us through certifications including ISO9001, SIA ACS, IIP, NHSS, ACPO, CSAS as part of a complete Quality Management System. He is the company lead for Health & Safety and helps in overseeing strategic direction for Training and Development for CSP. Richard was central to our expansion to the North and is Head of Operations for our Northern operations based out of Liverpool.
Transitioning his expertise to The O2, Viren initially served as the Assistant
Operations Manager. Within just 12 months, he ascended to the role of Commercial Operations Manager. In this capacity, he successfully managed over 200 events annually, overseeing a 24/7, 365-day operation. Viren played a pivotal role in revenue growth for AEG by implementing strategies to safeguard and enhance revenue, while also coaching high-performing teams. Over his 6-year tenure at The O2, he adeptly handled budgets, forecasts, and collaborated with Stakeholders on impactful projects such as the Silvertown Tunnel Project. Viren was instrumental in The O2’s
attainment of the A Greener Festival Award, promoting sustainability and
carbon-reducing initiatives. Notably, he contributed to the creation of a
sustainability rider for the venue in 2024. Recently, Viren achieved success in his application to become CSP’s Head of Operations. Within this role, he is responsible for overseeing fixed sites in London, including Alexandra Palace, Olympia London, ExCeL London, and The O2.
Throughout his time at CSP, Viren has actively supported Security operations at prominent venues such as Utilita Bowl, London Stadium, Emirates Stadium, Epsom Derby, and special events such as Alexandra Palace Fireworks displays, Pride London, and significant state occasions such as Her Majesty Queen Elizabeths funeral. Viren has earned a commendable reputation for actively engaging in strategic initiatives, demonstrating influence both upwards and downwards, and upholding rigorous standards, and for outstanding commercial acumen.
A highly accomplished operations and events leader with over 30 years of experience delivering exceptional results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. As Head of Operations at CSP, Dorian Payne brings extensive expertise in strategic leadership, large-scale event delivery and operational excellence.
With a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams across operations, events and staffing, Dorian is recognised for driving performance, improving processes and achieving sustainable business growth. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex, high-profile events with audiences of up to 90,000 attendees, consistently exceeding client expectations while maintaining strict control over budgets, logistics and timelines.
Dorian’s strengths lie in team leadership, revenue generation, client relationship management, contract negotiation and financial oversight, combined with a practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. His ability to build strong client partnerships, develop high-performing teams and streamline operations has contributed to significant improvements in both profitability and service delivery across his career.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and commitment to excellence, Dorian continues to drive operational success and deliver measurable business outcomes at senior executive level.
