Tony Nikolic - Managing Director
Tony started his career in the retail industry, moving to Wembley Stadium in 1990, heading up the merchandising division. By the time the Stadium closed in 2000, he was leading on all commercial operations including hospitality, catering, brand licensing, publishing, merchandising and car parking. He set up operations for Twickenham Experience in 2000, a new joint venture between the RFU and Compass Group, and then joined CSP as General Manager, leading and developing the business for 4 years. In 2006, he was head-hunted by The FA for the new Wembley National Stadium to lead on the £65m Club Wembley operations with a high point leading on the delivery of 4,000 plus (£14m+ revenue) Corporate Hospitality packages for the Champions League Final 2011 across two venues. Tony returned to CSP as Managing Director in 2016. Tony's passion is customer engagement which led to the CSP Values: Caring Safe Professional.
