Jiten studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Hertfordshire, graduating in 2012. Jiten joined us during the London 2012 Olympics, providing invaluable support to the payroll department at a time when it was coping with a rapidly increasing volume. A quick learner, Jiten's value was recognised at a busy time and he was offered a permanent role as an Accounts Assistant. Over the years, Jiten continued to work hard and develop his skills, as well as undertake his ACCA accountancy qualification and progressed to responsibility for the production of our management accounts and was promoted to Head of Finance. Jiten’s role involves overseeing a team of 4 who look after accounts payable, accounts receivable and commercial parking. Jiten still produces the management accounts as well as budgets, and assists with the statutory financial accounts. In his spare time, Jiten volunteers at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Neasden temple.
