Christopher Jones - Director of People


Christopher is an experienced, senior HR professional with a proven track record of success over 25 years. A diverse sector track record has encompassed  the media, support services sector, sales  and  both  the private and public sectors. His later career  focussed in sophisticated, matrixed FTSE business with large-scale shared service provision,as well as SME environments and he feels comfortable in both. In his last role he worked for Menzies Aviation, a Global, FTSE, Ground Handler based at Heathrow. He was part of the UK & Ireland HR leadership team as well as the London Heathrow Operational leadership team, working as a tactical business partner, guiding and advising the VP LHR and their team and delivered the HR strategy and plan for LHR that ensured that business objectives were met.

He has extensive experience within the events industry for Spotless, an Australian support services business, with global turnover of £1b and 40,000 employees. He headed up the HR provision for the UK & European business from their international Head Office in Uxbridge, trading as The Cleanevent Group, and his last major project was the delivery of the HR strategy to provide cleaning and housekeeping service to the Olympic and Paralympic games in London in 2012.
